Every stone in this collection is chosen personally, photographed as it truly is, and described down to the detail that matters most — so that what you see is precisely what arrives. This is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it shapes how we think about returns as well.
Within 7 days of delivery, we stand behind the stone in two circumstances: if it was damaged in transit, or if it does not match its certificate. Every shipment travels insured, and every stone is verified before it leaves us — so should either happen, the responsibility is entirely ours to resolve, promptly and without friction.
What falls outside this window is a change of mind, or a stone that simply wasn't quite what someone had pictured. We describe each piece with enough care that this shouldn't happen — and we're always glad to answer questions before a purchase, not after one.
